Many products do similar things, however this product does those things like : class attendance - QR login, waivers, invoicing, group messages, sms, emails,inventory, connecting with third party like PAYAPL etc --- BUT they don't have this customer support.  They always help SO FAST, and always try to find ways to help.  PLUS they are reasonably priced 
 (not cheap and FREE - that would be silly) for a small family business like us who have ALL the needs of BIG business.... but can't afford ridiculous pricing structures.

> **Avantages**: My first reason for buying into DojoExpert was price. It had all the basic features I wanted at a much cheaper price than others. DojoExpert is still building onto their platform and adding new features all the time.

> I have tried a few of the other member management systems but this one has been the best one for me. Not only does it already have most of the features i need to manage my full time venues, but the support is also great. 

Pros
- Does almost everything you need for managing your martial arts club/venues
- They don't try and make their product fit for any other sports/fitness clubs
- Free app for your students
- Great value for money for what you get
- If you have multiple venues you can see all figures but create users to manage individual venues
- Manage all your clubs finance through the system
- Export all your data simply and easily - they dont hold it hostage
- Connects to different DD providers (via API) or takes payments via Paypal
- Communicate with your members via  email or text messages
- Records competition results and belt promotions
- Recently added full inventory control 
- You can integrate elements with your web site

Cons
- You can add a lead form to your web site that takes enquiries straight in to the system but the management of the leads needs some refinement
- One feature that i am currently chasing them for is the ability for the students to be able to cancel and then rebook a session their mobile app
- The software is quite simple to use but they could do with a more comprehensive manual to help when you need more detail.

When you compare what you get form the other software providers for the price you pay you will understand why i am banging on about the value for money thing.
