If you've used any tools similar, you'll be able to pick up and run with Sprinklr, but like most things I'd describe it as "easy to use, hard to master" The scheduling is robust, the analytics are full of great insights and customizable dashboards, and the listening is easy to handle even on small scale. Visual listening identifies posts using logos or other assets which makes proactive outreach simple. > > **Inconvénients**: Sprinklr is one of the more expensive examples of these tools, unfortunately, but that can be expected with so many different modules and top of the line tools. The live reporting features enable internal and external team members to keep across results and download as required. The Sprinklr support team are generally quick to respond and solve issues. > > **Inconvénients**: It is not user-friendly and requires a steep learning curve. Because of the complexities and nuances of the individual platforms Sprinklr set-up (especially the Advertising) is very complicated, convoluted and does not always represent the functions of the platforms. For eg Sprinklr permits time of day scheduling for LinkedIn and although they claim that despite LinkedIn not having this as a function it can support it - however once you set it up the campaign has errors and you need to remove the time of day scheduling in order for the campaign to run. > > You need to put in a lot of pre-work to set up your account (ie settings, functions, reports) and keep an eye on your native platforms to ensure the metrics match. Also you need to have knowledge of the native platform changes/updates to ensure your Spinklr campaigns run. Sometimes your campaign can be published but some components/placements do not run as the specifications do not match the updated native platform specs. It does provide a lot of flexibility and customisation and functions for sharing with team members who do not have access to the native platforms. Dashboards are an excellent feature and the ease of managing users is useful.
