> **Avantages**: Simple to use, great features like best method of WET calculation, Sales for Retail, Wholesale \& Distributor, Export with correct WET \& GST.  Costing of product from Grape through to finished product \& excellent customer service \& support from the Vinsight team.

> **Inconvénients**: Nothing to report, I find the features and support to be excellent.
> 
> We have been using Vinsight for 10 years \& the ongoing support with being able to phone or email humans with quick response times has always outshone other cloud based platforms that we use.  If you are in the wine industry the vinsight product is value for money, time saving \& easy to use.  In fact, why aren't you using it already?

> **Avantages**: I have trained many of our clients on this and all of them have taken to it like ducks to water.  They have had varying tech savvyness to start with.  Vinsight has all the features we've needed to run a winemaking business.  We love the ability to tag revenue channels and other customer/CRM data and the subsequent reporting capability is endless.

> **Inconvénients**: I wouldn't say it's a con, but there is a process moving from say MYOB to Vinsight.  They are very different.  Provided the new users are educated this is not an issue.  I have seen people try and do the setup themselves and fall in a hole.  The initial setup is crucial, so it works the way you need from the word go.

> The support team are nothing short of amazing.  Initially via email but you will get a call when needed.  There is continuous product development and improvements as you should expect from any cloud software company.
