> **Avantages**: It is very easy to use and create forms. The integration with Sharepoint works greats. The clients love the ease of completing the forms and it helps push the tasks to our field reps and frees up our Ops team to handle more jobs.

> **Inconvénients**: An App for the Admin side to help dispatch jobs. Having the ability to have users in smaller groups but still see all the same forms. We have several reps where I don't want them to see ALL the reps but they need to see their Team members.

> It is a great product. It has been very helpful. The team really enjoys the ease of use for the reps to complete the forms.

> As long time users we have seen Pronto Forms develop many new features over the years and every time there is a change there is lots of tutorials, articles  and support to learn and utilize the new features

> **Avantages**: There aren't many positives if any I can say about True Context as it sits now. It is a data collection center. For an upcharge there are other analytics capabilities that other companies roll into one standard price.

> **Inconvénients**: Smart logic works less than 50% of the time when you have long forms that require a lot of smart logic. The analytics you get is practically nothing. You have to build a power BI or another spreadsheet to decipher the data collection, so in theory, you are paying for multiple services that could be done with one provider. (Safety Culture and Predictive Solutions are two that are one-stop shops for data and analytics).

> Not fond of the system. It is time consuming to keep up with all the data being received by our users. I have to then transfer this data to another service to get some usable numbers that I can present to our executive group.

> **Avantages**: Easy to use. I like that it saves files offline and eventually sends the report. On the back end, the API's are also a nice addition.

> **Inconvénients**: Customer Support has no live line. Even when attempting to upgrade or change my account, there was a weeks wait time.

> It covers my needs, but there are some things on my wish list. There is no API to connect to Power query so I cant send my submissions to an excel row, I can only set this up for Google Sheets.
