Zycus iSource has become a great e-sourcing tool for us to elicit these RFQs to our different CM partners and manage the competitive bids, globally. We also use the tool to reduce our number of suppliers as we also elicit RFPs, RFIs to strategic suppliers in areas where our spend is spread over many suppliers and we can successfully consolidate to a group of global strategic suppliers. Another important feature is the requirement of suppliers to agree - digitally - to our Supplier Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions before participating in a sourcing event where previously, this would often become debatable through email strings. > > **Inconvénients**: Since we did not integrate the tool with our ERP system AND, we had a very quick implementation, my cons may not be about the software itself, but our specific implementation.
