> **Avantages**: Time tracking software is accurate, scheduling is nice, it's a feature complete product so can't complain there.

> **Inconvénients**: A bit expensive per user for what's offered, and too much functionality is locked behind additional costs. Thankfully, the core product is accessible on their main plan.&#10;&#10;What I didn't like was that they were completely unwilling to refund a portion of the annual plan - even though I suggested they calculate it to assume we pay the higher monthly rate for what we've used, and refund the difference, which is a completely fair approach - but this was just flat out refused. Put a sour taste in my mouth for the whole experience.

> Well - it was all fine until you realize there is absolutely 0 flexibility in the annual plan.&#10;&#10;Been a member for a number of years with HubStaff, and have paid annually.&#10;&#10;Downsizing my team and wanting to cancel our membership; however - they're unwilling to offer any sort of refund.&#10;&#10;I suggested that they simply run the math to assume we were paying the higher monthly rate for the year, and refund us the difference - that way we have earned no discount, and if anything - they come out ahead for having gotten paid early.&#10;&#10;Nope - just flat out refusal. Shame - went from enjoying their software to feeling like a money grab.&#10;&#10;Oh well - better software out there for cheaper anyway. I wouldn't come back nor choose them if I were starting fresh.

> **Avantages**: Hubstaff has been one of the most user-friendly timeclock tools I have ever used. The process of getting set up as a contractor was simple, streamlined, and straightforward. It worked flawlessly - I don't even know how their Customer Support is, because I've never had to contact them. I open the app, hit the start button, work, and hit the stop button. That's it. My hours go straight to the team and I get paid. It's automated to a level where I don't even have to talk to a person to use it. I also really appreciate that the desktop app prompted me about whether I wanted to minimize or completely close the app when I click the X.

> **Inconvénients**: There was one single time where my client asked me to watch a training video and Hubstaff marked me as idle while I did so. I don't think it should have, as I was doing what I was asked, but I just learned to interact more with the screen when watching training videos.
> 
> Hubstaff is seamlessly integrated with my client's platform, so other than hitting start/stop on the Hubstaff timer, my actual interaction with Hubstaff is minimal. And that's how a timeclock should be\! I guess I wish my client gave me more work to do so I could clock in and out on Hubstaff more.

> **Inconvénients**: Some of the functionality with the time syncing entries. I wish there was a way to allow members to edit after an entry is completed, or the next day after it locks, and be able to pick and choose who those people are. Just to have more customizable options\!

> Support with the system (Kayal) has been incredible, and we appreciate the enhancement requests that we have put in that have been granted\!
