While our members provide technical content, training and oversight of our MMCD products and training, Dashboard and SSU is the designer, developer and manager of the electronic delivery of our products and training. This includes producing three generations of websites, newsletters, social media, web-based promotion, sales, course registration and banking. As a result, MMCDA has enjoyed remarkable productivity gains, and expanded their training and publishing activities threefold in the past ten years. This expansion has, in large measure, come from the system development skills and insights brought by SSU and Dashboard. Their technical innovations and execution have routinely exceeded performance expectations, while remaining within budget and timelines. Where project expectations need to be modified, there has been foresight, with effective communication, consultation and collaboration to resolve the problems. Comprehensive database solutions retained existing member data while allowing automated event registrations, sponsorship renewals and more. Our members and board could not be happier with the product.
