> **Avantages**: This product really filled a need for us at a building that doesn't have a live receptionist. We still wanted our tenants to be able to be notified when they had a client/customer, and this works perfectly for that need. We also wanted our tenants to be notified immediately when they received packages. With the Receptionist for iPad, they are notified by either an email or as a text message (whichever they prefer) right away so they can retrieve their packages without delay.  We love having the knowledge that our tenants are still being taken care of when we are not able to be at the desk. It is cost effective, and very easy to program/edit. Great customer service as well\!

> **Inconvénients**: So far, there are no cons for us. An update caused it to go down for a brief while, but they worked quickly to fix the issue, and also communicated with us throughout the process with updates\!
