> **Avantages**: My firm has used Smokeball for over 5 years. Every employee at the firm uses Smokeball daily, even those that would consider themselves to be less tech savvy. Smokeball has a number of features that I personally use daily, including an integrated feature through InfoTrack that allows me to easily electronically file pleadings directly from my matter. We have also created forms and templates that make generating pleadings and documents so easy without spending time messing with formatting. The customer support is always available to assist if I have any questions. They also have the ability to "remote in" on my computer to take care of any behind the scenes techy things that I don't know how to do myself.

> **Inconvénients**: The pros far outweigh the cons. I feel like there are always updates rolling out, so once we work through the bugs, Smokeball works seamlessly for exactly what we need it to do.

> **Avantages**: My priority was to automate documents and no other software seemed able to do so without lots of pain. Smokeball has its roots in document automation\! Imagine how surprised and happily stunned when I clicked on Forms and my letterhead with Client address just popped up\! If this is how good Smokeball is out of the starting gate, I can't wait till for more.  Plus, the tutorials, recorded training are easy and every single time I call Support, the staff is exceptional. Countless reassurances that I don't need to rush. They are as excited working there as I am using the product.  Simply amazing.

> **Inconvénients**: Billing is tricky to begin with but, as I said, the support staff makes it easy to get going.  Everything becomes so intuitive - the software anticipates your needs and has the next step already built in. The designers are experienced in law and technology, but also in interface logic.

> **Avantages**: The total bundle of CRM billing, and document drafting. In addition to the aforementioned, the updates and improvements continue to develop with advancements in technology and the law.

> **Inconvénients**: The cost of attorney licenses. moreover, the support staff licenses are nearly cost prohibitive. I have not hired support staff due to the cost of the support staff license. There should be a support staff rate of under $100.

> Very good. Customer service is responsive, and staff is very pleasant. I enjoy being able to find a human when needed and the responsive of needing templates is good.
