Resman is not only a great software, but we have made great partnership relationships with interfaces through Resman. Our staff in accounting is kept lean giving our management company the ability to spend funds in other areas. > > **Inconvénients**: When bringing on new entities the set up process runs a little slow. We run at a very fast pace. Now we know to get the set up started ahead of our start date needed. > > Overall, Resman is a system that is easy to use and understand. No special in-house IT department needed. Customization of the reports is easy. We converted properties over several years ago and now bringing on new business as well. As a lead on the system, our team took the time to research and plan for the conversion. Planning and preparing on our part were a success as well.
