I love the ability to track my staff's workload and also be able to listen to their phone calls to provide coaching to help them overcome obstacles. I also love the ability to analyze my phone volume by day and by hour to help maximize staffing needs.

> **Inconvénients**: Call search via phone number is not great. If we don't know when the call came in, it's hard to track the call down.

> It is never easy to generate new leads for growth. Callbox provides insight into those new leads and allows you to evaluate and train team members to convert leads to actual clients. Also, identifying and knowing which marketing programs are the most impact full in lead generation helps spend marketing funds in the right areas.
