Scoop is a great software for continual process iteration as well, giving us the ability to take team feedback and modify parts of each workflow from information display to notification schemes. It took our team months to get things somewhat where we wanted but we were constantly changing things. Their team is very friendly and does offer great customer service. There is a lot of features that could use an upgrade (especially Work Orders and payment tracking).
