We love how beautiful and uncluttered their apps are (mobile and desktop). The most needed features are covered with Motive's basic subscription and when coupled with a higher subscription and AI real-time dashcams, Motive leads the way as a premier partner for trucking companies. > > **Inconvénients**: We do not hesitate to use their 24/7 support (phone/chat) to better understand the product and to resolve issues. However, the best way to contact them is by phone as sometimes we tend to be less understood through the chat application and it happened several times we were left without a response for long periods of time. Trying to cancel the subscription and they won’t refund me for the months that I won’t be using their service. > > Had motive for many years. Few months before 2025 got an email saying there will be price increase. Wasn’t happy and I replied to the same email saying do not charge me because I won’t be renewing my subscription I no longer will be using motive. Ended up still getting charged with the price increase.
