And they were always timely and helpful with questions and issues.(2) The pricing structure is generous and fair, giving small organizations access to the full suite of pro tools.(3) I love the ability not only to work with the online forms, but also to generate PDFs.(4) The ability to add multiple reviewers and customize review panels was crucial. > > **Inconvénients**: Just a couple of small things... (1) We had a few applicants begin an application with an incorrect email address. It would be better, I think, to have some sort of verification process in place on the applicant side.
