Commentaires: More customizing options for the pages feature, but not really a con. I've found a work around by creating custom graphics with my preferred images and fonts and uploading. Very easy to read on mobile phones which is so nice! This has become our company "go to" for resources such as our benefit program overview.

Avantages: The program is incredibly user friendly and availability on all platforms: computer, mobile, Gmail build in, and more. We have employees with language barriers that can use the program with ease! The program has connected our company and solidified our core values of team. With hotels spread out our province, all the teams can come together to recognize, share best practices, and celebrate success. It has also helped me get to know our team and helps our ownership group stay involved with day to day news. One of the customer rep, from the beginning, has been incredibly helpful and efficient. Kudos Support help answer any questions I have so quickly and properly. Not to mention, I have given multiple improvement requests which have come through shortly after! Kudos truly cares and we feel valued... most importantly, our team feels valued having this incredible tool to recognize and communicate with each other. I would not hesitate to recommend Kudos to any other organization.

Commentaires: Very positive. I'm very confident that this tool will help us build a more positive culture and a new way to put focus on employee recognition.

Avantages: It's structured like a social feed and very easy to use. Minimal training required and implementation and customization was very simple. Powerful tool for increasing employee engagement and building a culture of recognition.

Inconvénients: I wish it supported GIF files and had a way to set up points activities that users could claim, but other than that it's great!

Avantages: Kudos allows everyone on our team, no matter their role, to acknowledge, thank and honor the special people we work with in a public forum. Kudos are an easy way to do just a little bit extra for someone who you think when above and beyond on a project or task. Making it easy to reward our coworkers and team members has made it really easy to drive a culture of gratitude, and allows people to honor the slightly smaller but still very important quality efforts, those things that may not be Employee of the Month worthy, but are definitely worth recognizing. I love the degrees and gradations of rewards-- being able to give just a little Thanks-for-the-Hand, or a Seriously-You-Saved-The-Day kinds of praise. Kudos have definitely helped us promote a more positive culture in our organization.

Inconvénients: I wish I got more points per month! 50 just isn't enough sometimes. I also wish the system was integrated in our Slack feed more readily or that the board where kudos are posted were more obvious. I like seeing who is being appreciated and standing out in the company, but I miss it because I just use the website version (and I am not signed in all the time).

Commentaires: I love it, I use it everyday and recommend its use to everyone irrespective of your job level.

Avantages: The structure and ease of use has allowed me to very easily recognize my peers , leaders and staff. The integrated dashboards also creates competitiveness which makes it even more fun.

Inconvénients: The software needs to have some build in moderation to identify "fake" recognition's. An exceptional category gets selected with the contents saying thank you.

Commentaires: Kudos has been really great for us so far. We've seen a ton of peer-to-peer recognition, which has been great. We've also had a number of associates comment on a supervisor to advisor Kudos being rewarded that normally would have ended up in a vacuum without anyone really knowing about it. Now the recognition is out there for everyone to see and appreciate. We've implemented Kudos into the Contact Center of our organization as a tool to help with our employee retention. Contact Centers typically have high attrition, so our focus was to help improve our retention to reduce attrition, which will ideally reduce our need to continually recruit and hire, leaving more time to focus on bigger picture improvements.

Avantages: Very easy to use and administrate. Kudos was easy to train users on, even the employees who are not as tech savvy as most other people who use social networking sites.

Inconvénients: The order of the "news feed." Instead of the last thing posted being at the top, the last thing that was commented on get's moved to the top of the feed. Unfortunately I feel like some posts end up getting overlooked or lost when this happens. My recommendation is to have the latest post remain at the top of the feed.
