Employees and other staff members can be awarded points as per their performance and achievements, which they can actually use. It's functionality is super-easy, and user interface is highly interactive.

> **Inconvénients**: Pricing of the product is a bit on the higher side, as compared to its competitors. Otherwise, it is a good tool for use.
