The support team is absolutely excellent\! And the main problem is that the basic translation has been down from the blue. The support answer could have been more satisfying. They told us that they are using a translation service provider and they have reached the limits of the service agreement so the team is working to renew our agreement. How is it even possible? It is embarrassing. I need an immediate solution since I only use it with translations.
