I have been using it for over 10 years and have delivered multiple types of user cases ranging from Workshops, Project Portfolio Management to Technology and Collaboration Roadmaps. The ability to either start creating, paste in your existing data from a spreadsheet or connect to another data source enables (SharpCloud CData Connector has over 200 connectors) you to very quickly visualize your data and stat putting it to work. My main user case is Strategic Portfolio Management and Roadmaps. You can use meta data and views templates to create joined up / integrated roadmaps that can be deployed within seconds so you can scale across your business. The platform is continually evolving based on feedback - SharpCloud are very responsive to providing functionality to meet your needs/requirements. They are very open and share the platform roadmap so you can understand what the future looks like and plan accordingly. The useability is okay and is continually improving. The ability to interact with the data real time with other colleagues in different locations is a key benefit. What is unique about SharpCloud is the ability to create relationships between your Items. You can see the "Golden Threads" across your business portfolio and understand the cause and effects. The ability to apply relationships and filter data enables you apply both Reduction and Systems Thinking at the same time. This is a must if you are a large complex business operation developing/innovation new products and services. The widgets provide additional views, forms, reports for you and are now being integrated more into the platform to make configuration easier to do. The combination of these widgets with the in built views is very powerful. > > **Inconvénients**: As a platform it does take time to workout the architecture and ensure that your meta data is set up correctly so that you have good quality, consistent data visualizations. Once this is done it is easy to configure. > > I am a visual person so really enjoy using SharpCloud to create views that really help to simplify decision making. The use of relationships, although can be quite complex has helped to uncover insights that you just could not see, Lastly the ability to be able to interact with other people real time means you can have meaningful collaborative discissions, reviews and meetings.
