For agency work, having scheduling, the content calendar and multiple client accounts in one place saves a lot of time compared to managing each platform separately. Post scheduling is probably the feature I use the most. Preparing content in batches and seeing everything on a calendar makes weekly planning much easier. I also like the approval and team workflow, especially when a client needs to review content before it goes live. For the number of accounts and features it offers, I think the value for money is quite good. > > **Inconvénients**: The analytics are useful for regular reporting, but I would like a little more depth and flexibility when creating reports for different clients. There are also occasional small issues with publishing or platform-specific features, so sometimes I still need to open the native social media app to finish something manually. The built-in image and content tools are convenient for quick work, but I would not use them instead of dedicated design or video editing tools. > > Overall, my experience with SocialPilot has been positive. It has made our social media workflow easier to manage, especially when working with multiple accounts and planning content ahead of time. The interface is fairly easy to learn, and scheduling posts does not require much setup. Only canceled due to switching social media management companies \& they use their own internal systems.
