Having cemetery records, burial information, ownership details, and other important information organized in one system makes it much easier to maintain accurate records and retrieve information when needed. one thing we really appreciate about PlotBox is their quick response when help is needed. When we have questions or run into an issue, their support team is responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference in keeping our operations running smoothly. > > **Inconvénients**: It takes some time for new users to become comfortable with all the features and workflows. But once you become familiar with the system, it becomes much easier to navigate and use efficiently. It is not available on other pages of the same customer's file. It is then difficult to find. We still have n/a showing up on our older pre-need items. I have not been able to "find" the items in our Fees area so that I can correct them. > > We are overwhelmed with how messy our data transition turned out. All of my offices are still relying on the old Burrowes system...entering in Plotbox is an afterthought. They know they have to do it, but it takes them down a rabbit hole every time trying to fix one customer leads to fixing others. Having cemetery records, mapping, contracts, payments, work orders, and reporting connected has been a major improvement over managing those processes separately. The mapping and record-keeping capabilities are particularly valuable for an organization like ours with multiple cemetery locations. One of the biggest positives for us has also been the relationship with the PlotBox team. Ashlynn and Layla, our Customer Success Managers, have been excellent to work with. They have taken the time to understand our organization and how our cemeteries operate, and they have been responsive when we have questions, issues, or ideas for improving the system. Having CSMs who know our history and understand our workflows makes a significant difference. > > **Inconvénients**: Some areas of the system can require more configuration or workarounds than expected, particularly when dealing with workflows that are specific to our organization or the U.S. cemetery market. We have also experienced bugs and enhancement requests that have taken longer than we would have liked to resolve. As the platform has expanded, additional features and services can also add to the overall cost, so I would like to see greater predictability around pricing and what is included in the core product. > > Overall, our experience with PlotBox has been positive. We have used the platform for several years, and it has become a core part of how we operate our cemeteries. There was definitely a learning curve, and implementing a cemetery management system across multiple locations with different processes is not simple, but PlotBox has helped us standardize and modernize a number of workflows. The product has matured considerably during the time we have used it, and our relationship with the PlotBox team has been an important part of that experience. Ashlynn and Layla have been great partners and advocates for us within PlotBox, particularly when we have had unusual requirements, enhancement requests, or issues that needed additional attention. We appreciate having people on the other side who understand our business rather than feeling like we are simply submitting support tickets. We have found over 100 graves to sell that we were not aware of. I love that PBX will continue to adapt for the future. > > **Inconvénients**: The bugs. There do seem to be quite a few bugs within the financial side. The support team has found workarounds for these; however, it does add additional work for the accountant. > > Our overall experience has been very positive. Our daily tasks are smooth and quick, navigating the system is very easy and has a good flow. Our Success Manager is amazing and always willing to help with any of our needs. Cleanup work in our older records is very easy within PBX.
