They need to establish client-client connections after authentication to improve the experience. No Mobile support: im not supporting Mobile devices remotely yet, but all my customers have them.. It is simple to use and not overly complicated with a ton of dashboard features that most people will never use like other software. It also allows a section to use by other staff so that we have dual access to the client. On occasion, clients I normally don't remote into on a routine basis ask me to fix something on their computer. Walking them through simple installation through the install process is very easy. Then I just delete their computer off my dashboard of clients. Easy peasy the way it should be. The cost is reasonable where I can easily absorb it onto my overhead as clients typically do not want to be charged for remote access. > > **Inconvénients**: I have not run into any problems with this. At one point I was having some difficulty setting up dual remote status for me and the bookkeeper to access the client computer, but tech walked me through it and we were able to do future setup easily once we understood it.
