Les fonctionnalités comme le suiv de performances, la gestion de projet, la plannification sont très pratiques. De plus le support est très réactif et efficace en cas de besoin. Je commande vivement son utilisation

> **Inconvénients**: Le coût de l'abonnement peut être un frein pour les petites entreprises. De plus le problème de compatibilité avec certaines plateformes pour la synchronisation peut entraîner des problèmes de flux de travail.

> **Avantages**: This is the best value for the money I’ve spent. There isn’t anything out there at beats the price. A management system, digital inspection, texting, repair information and a customer retention management tool for less than $500 per month I just can’t beat it and neither can anyone else. Super easy to navigate. It’s secure, I use the dvi feature for mobile access and it works.

> **Inconvénients**: It’s kind of stuck on my computer. I use mobile manager to write new ROs in the parking lot but there are times I wish I could just pop open my phone and use it online and not be tied to a computer.

I found it secure and easy to access the information and repair status I needed in a timely manner. I never had any bugs or issues while using the system and found the customization additions came in handy. My shop found value for the money as it was more cost effective than other solutions. A mobile access app would be a nice addition.

> **Inconvénients**: Limited mobile access features. An app would make the system more versatile for technicians and shop owners to be able to access info on the phone vs lugging a laptop around.

> **Inconvénients**: Billing department is impossible to get a hold of. I wanted to ask about some issues I was seeing on statements and have been on hold for 2 hours. I spent 1.5 hours on hold Monday before I had to give up. 2 hours the next day. I've left a message with the billing department manager several times now and still have not received a response. At this point I want to cancel my services and cant because no one apparently has the ability to do anything to your account. Well unless you want to buy more services. They are all over taking your money but do nothing if you have a billing issue apparently.

> Time is money in our consulting firm. I use it to operate our transport logistics. It is not very expensive yet the interface seems a little bit outdated.
