> HotGloo is a web-based wireframing tool which I use to create functional wireframes for web applications and websites as a freelancer. The prototypes this online application creates are fully interactive. You can also share them with your clients. HotGloo is easy to use and the elements can be positioned and resized without problems. The interface is similar to Visio but it’s more focused on designing webpages.
