They were kind and understanding each time, but always told me that the developers are too busy to deal with my problem. The total time it took for a simple bug to be resolved was 70 DAYS\! Amplifr, please hire more developers to support your paying customers\! They have yet to make good on this (to this point, 10 months later), so my main reason for buying this software at the time was null and void.
