Being unable to answer this question forced me to schedule a live phone/video call. Ridiculous. > > I took the call for the live phone/video call. Apparently I wasn't talking fast enough for the customer service rep. I asked a question about the log in procedures and he said "I guess you're too busy right now...you'll have to schedule another appointment..." Its old and clunky and feels like its something from the early 90's\!\! > > **Inconvénients**: The customer support (I use the word support loosely) person was dreadful. I called for an issue with receiving an invoice from Exostar which I shouldn't have. She gave no apology, no interest in the query, I was left hanging in silence and she just replayed back to me what the incorrect invoice said. This was all after a ridiculously long phone system, where you have to sit and listen to multiple different "hit key 1 for this query, hit 2 for x query" type systems. Painful\!\!
