> **Avantages**: It is fully integrated.  You can take photos, fill forms, GPS checkin, email, navigate and more directly from the app.  the navigation feature alone saves me a ton of time.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: It is very buggy.  I Have repeated issues with certain assignment forms crashing the software.  This is more than a minor inconvenience as any forms that crash it do so repeatedly, I have to export the pictures out, email them, and fill the form on desktop which is a huge time loss.
> 
> Overall the software is functional but the corrupted form issue is a big enough inconvenience for me to look elsewhere

> Easy to use and defect free. Used for 3 years now without any problem.  The only thing better than their web page is their mobile app. Lightning fast uploads. Inspections have great sort features and inspections that are assigned but not within the window period are not visible in the app. Camera function is awesome and torch feature keeps you safe in dark places. I didn't realize how great is was until a client introduced a competitors inspection program that had constant failure. Great product and easy to use. Photo labeling could be made more user friendly but the drop down labels work just fine

> I have emailed customer service several times and they have yet to get back to me. I have ideas on how to improve the software but its falling on deaf ears.
