> **Avantages**: If we talk about important points, I really liked the ability to capture, store and retrieve documents quickly and accurately, this has significantly improved our productivity, something else that I found very useful was its seamless integration with other company systems, such as the accounting software and my architecture and engineering systems in general and another important point is that it guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the company's sensitive information.

> **Inconvénients**: The only bad thing I experienced was that the system had a slight delay when loading very large documents or doing complex searches of company documents.

> As an architecture student, this time I was doing an internship at a construction company and my main focus was helping in the area of design and accounting.
