> **Avantages**: We luckily chose Canopy as our client portal system pre-pandemic.  When the shut down occurred, we were ready to continue servicing our clients during this very termultuous time.   AS we move forward from the pandemic, our clients have found they like having a single source to share documents virtually.  We as a firm continue to develop our skills in Canopy and now use it for engagement letters, tax documents and any communications with our clients

> **Inconvénients**: Reporting has a lot to be desired.  There need to be more canned/stock reports.  The insights function with answers/liveboards are to complicated.  Time needs to be more in line with a typical timesheet, totals for days without having to run filters.

> I think they listen and try to incorporate changes that the accounting firms need.  Software was not really built for public accounting.

> **Inconvénients**: ensuring I am leveraging all of it's capabilities to my benefit.  Have to figure a lot out on my own.  Tried to get assistance requesting a phone call, however no one called me.  Will try to sort things out via tutorials.

> Overall CANOPY is good.  Still have to learn more about automations and the Ai integration.  Want to ensure that everything this tax season is set it and forget it for the most part.

> Overall, Canopy's platform has reduced the time spent on day-to-day admin tasks drastically. It has made our client's file and communication experience with us easy and painless.  And it looks to be built for future advancements.  We've been very satisfied after 1+ years of fully using the platform.
