> **Avantages**: It’s user friendly, if I have an issue there are prompts to help me troubleshoot without having to call the corporate office every time. I’m able to connect it my Mangomint app which helps me with my booking system and is also going to allow me to have multi users on one account when I grow my business.

> **Inconvénients**: At first I didn’t like that the terminal was so small and didn’t stand up but now I’m realizing that the design is more useful than those other stand up touch screens. It’s easier on my hands and it’s a space saver.

> **Inconvénients**: Would love to be able to move the Poynt payment terminal from chair to chair in my dental office so we can pay in each room.  At this time we have to have a Poynt terminal at each computer.
> 
> Tremendous help in speeding up flow of the office.  We can take payment anywhere and get our patient on their way without making them stand in a checkout line.
