In the past we had people park damaged units at the Automotive Bay anonymously and we could not hold anyone accountable for the damage. Sometimes damages would be a high a $15,000 to one unit. Other than a few times where GPS tracking has helped us, this has been a colossal waste of money. > > Sub par customer service, very little support and the product is not easy or simple to use. Occasionally units will glitch and require resetting by service. To my recollection this has only ever happened a couple of times over the last few years.
