> **Avantages**: Clear workflow, convenient invoicing, pleasant communication with support when needed. The price-performance ratio is okay for me. Overall, we are very satisfied, we have been using eWay for several years.

> **Inconvénients**: I liked the older look a little better, but it's nothing that bothers me. Customizing individual steps in the workflow is very detailed and therefore a bit more time-consuming, fortunately it doesn't need to be done very often.

> **Inconvénients**: Contact syncing/moving contacts to a phone is limited (not a seamless “phone contacts” experience).&#10;Caller identification is missing/limited — it doesn’t reliably show who is calling based on CRM contacts.

The main limitation for us is the mobile/phone integration: we’d like contacts to sync to the phone more naturally and to have caller ID display based on CRM records. Aside from that, it’s a dependable tool for maintaining shared contact information and context.
