> **Avantages**: Commercesync is easy to use and the support team is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I recently switched from QBD to QBO and after emailing they hopped on a call with me and they couldn't have been more helpful getting my information switched over.

> **Inconvénients**: The support is email first, but they do have the ability to schedule phone calls. I've never had an issue that direly needed to be fixed the same day anyway.
> 
> Overall it's been great. I've been using them for almost a year now and have no complaints. When something small does pop up, like a day didn't transfer because my QBD went offline, everyone is super nice and they help me fix it asap.
