Daarnaast heeft deze software al een relatief lange historie en werkt er een, voor dit type software, groot team met veel kennis aan de verdere ontwikkeling. Dit resulteert in kwalitatief goede workflows en regelmatige verbeteringen.

> **Inconvénients**: De gebruikerservaring op pc is nog niet heel intuitief, waardoor er voor niet-dagelijkse gebruikers relatief veel opleiding nodig is. Voor niet-dagelijkse gebruikers ontbreekt vooralsnog een mobiele schil die toepassing op de werkvloer op meer intuitieve wijze mogelijk maakt.

> **Avantages**: The biggest pro of the software is that it is a one stop shop. It brings several modules together in 1 tool this makes it much easier to role out such a tool in a bigger organization with respect to training of end users. The last few years we have upgraded to the newest version and rolled out new modules (CAPA, RISK, MOC). Implementation of the new modules went fast. These new modules were well received by the end users.

> **Inconvénients**: Altough the platform has multiple modules, it is not possible yet to have all these modules communicating with eachother. This is a topic where the supplier is aware of and working on.
