I choose them as a scheduler provider for my very small yoga business and originally signed on because they offered a fair, low price for the basic program. I've stayed with Momoyoga for the past 4 years and it's because you simply can't beat the excellent customer service (actually can speak to a person easily), the ease of navigating the set up for classes/events etc and my clients have found it easy to login and register for classes. Momoyoga has stayed competitive with pricing and services and have even honoured my original pricing despite their service options shifting. I had shopped around as my business grew and decided to stay with Momoyoga. It is a great scheduler and feels like business who actually cares about happy customers and providing a great service rather than a larger, over-charging conglomerate company. It creates a need to start over and re-open the Yogi's account. Can be time consuming if trying to look at a number of accounts at one time. They have a great wellness booking system which is up against some very big tech companies, yet they always listen to the users for their suggestions. They have rebuilt their end user app which is getting great feedback. Also for the students, I have had two other large systems before finding Momoyoga that worked me into a dead end. Momoyoga is the one that gives me all that I need, for an affordable price and is working smoothly for my students. Im a single teacher, I can't make the economy with large complicated plattforms (and large bills) Also Momoyoga is always helpful in case of a bug or problem. So I get a lot of calls about that. -On events the students can not book guests, (book two or more tickets in their name.)
