Unfortunately, as of today 10/15/2024, \[sensitive content hidden\] has not finished the project yet. We still manually submit the Key Food invoices via SPS. There are two things I need your help with: 1. I have requested to remove Associated Supermarket Group (one of the trading partners) from the invoices. ASG did not want to use the SPS system. \[sensitive content hidden\] told me that he could not remove it since it was part of the "deal". If the trading partner does not want to use SPS, I can't force him to buy your services. SYS should remove the charge from day one. 2. The Automation project has not successfully launched, SPS has charged me since I signed the agreement.
