> **Inconvénients**: No realtime updates and the customer service is horrible. Takes forever to get them on the phone and when you do they take a message and say they will call you back. I have waited over a week to get someone to call me back about case number that was submitted. When talking to tech support and sales don't agree on some of the options available.

> Devices help us locate our equipment but do not give us real-time update on the location of the equipment. This was really important when a piece of equipment was stolen and we couldn't get an update on the position for 8 more hours.
