> **Avantages**: The software is the most complete I've seen in the market. It has lots and lots of features that complement the coworking management tool. The marketplace is one of the biggest advantages and makes it easy to offer an endless number of products or services within the space.

> **Inconvénients**: Customer service. I managed to book a call after several emails so that I could see the tool and have contact with a sales rep. However, the call focused on showing me the tool, never to understand my business or the space's needs. Once we finished the call, they gave me access to the demo platform, which was incredible, but after that, I did not receive an answer for all the questions I had.

Pricing is also very high. They market their tool as a white label, but charge an additional fee to have access to that white label, which in my opinion is completely misleading. I never received the information of what this meant and what type of tool I would have if I didn't pay for the white label version.
