> **Avantages**: Our ability to master the platform in such a short time. When we were nervous that we'd have more people than intended, upgrading was a breeze. We don't need to purchase additional administrator accounts or logins for each user that wants to create an event. For our little team, this solution was just what we needed, and it didn't appear to be designed for a corporation that employs a complete staff simply to deal with webinar software and technology.

> **Inconvénients**: When it comes to designing and using individual presenter profiles, we've run across some issues. It's frequently difficult to recognize who's speaking at a conference since we use the same profile for several people.

> **Avantages**: Easy addition of new webinars. The webinar room works well. Recordings are OK. The CTA banners work nicely (finally, there's an option to save templates), as do the QA mode and screen sharing. Support is fast. Good integration via Make.com.

> **Inconvénients**: The permanent room doesn't work entirely intuitively—it's more like a renewable room because all registered participants can join only the most recent session, but not subsequent ones. I'd rather have a version where the room remains permanently available to anyone who has ever registered. &#10;I wish there would be statictics of people clicking CTA banner to be able to adress them separatly.

You have no idea what kind of automated emails are sent to the people registered at your event, the functions and options are extremely limited and unclear, their invoicing system is a complete nonsense with non-itemized invoices being sent for service charges. This is not even a beta product, but an alpha product and looks like someone is testing a product on real paying users. I wish I would have used a more expensive service.

The platform&#10;allows sharing the recording with all webinar participants and it's just through one click.&#10;Possibility to transfer the recording to an archive and to use it later without having to save it&#10;to drive is really convenient.

> **Inconvénients**: In this respect, the most annoying thing is the low GB capacity of the recordings and the&#10;necessity to pay extra for the additional space.

> The platform is more user-friendly than others, it is easy to find all the buttons, there is a good&#10;connection quality. When the expectations of participants change, it is possible to quickly find&#10;the material that has already been saved.
