Ease of use and training, stability with the use of the Rezku configured router, a robust CRM package that enables us to use gift cards and rewards, PCI compliance and speed of transactions using their merchant services partner, a reporting structure with real time data, and Ipad based. But most of all, the support level is unbelievable. I don't have much contact now that I have been up for a while, but as we were implementing and learning geting answers by using their chat system was within minutes every time. The POS can be customized to meet needs of each restaurant in their own individual ways.they are quick to make changes and updates on the advice of their consumers as well. You absolutely can not go wrong with a support system that is available 24/7 when you work in the service industry\!\! > > **Inconvénients**: The recent change of cash sales only showing up for the cashier seems to leave out those restaurants (including us) whose servers do not use personal banks.
