Account management is a distaster. The call reporting was not good. There is a lag when you would make calls and customers would hang up. We have been asking for a refund for 6+ months for fees they took out post cancellation. Do not do business with them. Nothing seems to get them to care. > > It may be the worst company I have dealt with. I have been managing business systems as an executive for 20+ years and I am not sure I have ever had as bad of an experience. The software did not work as designed, they kept claiming things would change. We ended our contract in writing, within terms, they continued to collect money post term. We emailed and escalated to the team and they acknowledged they messed up but they cannot figure out a way to reimburse us. I even escalated this to their \[sensitive content hidden\] who never responded to me nor acknowledged my email.
