Events module simplifies scheduling and eliminates the risk of forgetting tasks and reviews, and the great part of reporting of tasks that is being neglected. (sometimes with numbering on templates when you add the "." but you get to work around it) The system is built to accommodate organisations with multiple sites but when you only have one site, you still have to complete some modules/templates with site information, it is just drop boxes but at times can be a pain. The improvements module can be better configured, It is where you raise NC's, CA's, continual improvements, customer complaints etc... You have to filter the register.
