I have no idea why this happens about 25% of the time but can't get an answer from Animoto. Awful customer service. Pretty sure it's only AI. Landing page sometimes shows some random page in the video. There is no way to speak to a person about issues and if it is a live person texting responses to questions, they are not trained.
