Commentaires: First requirement was to link the accounting and manufacturing data and processes. With needed customizations, this requirement is being met.
Avantages: Odoo opensource software provides the basic ERP software needs for a reasonable cost. As with any ERP software, there are customizations needed to meet the specific needs of our business. AlloyERP's branch of the Odoo code, knowledge of Full Stack Development, and understanding of Manufacturing and Accounting principles provide a unique ability to fit the software needs and requirements of our business.
Inconvénients: Odoo software at the database level is very difficult to work with. As is expected with any software, there is a learning curve with Odoo at the User Interface and development levels. Odoo documentation for latest release is lacking.

Commentaires: Streamline daily operations and sales as well as insight into the company as a whole.
Avantages: I love that it's all inclusive. We don't need to make 5 different systems talk to each other. Also, it's one single bill. We are not managing 5 different vendors and licensing structures. Out of the box it did about 95% of what we needed and we were able to get up and running almost immediately. This allowed us to have more budget to get the last 5% exactly how we wanted it. The system is completely customizable.
Inconvénients: The learning curve for such a complete software package is pretty steep. Once you understand the processes, however, it's pretty straightforward.
The AlloyERP team has been extremely helpful in implementing our software. Easy to learn.

Commentaires: A system that ties in with our production/manufacturing plant. All systems working together from order placement to production, packaging, inventory, shipping, and all aspects of accounting.
Avantages: User friendly...easy to teach employees how to use the program. I like the duplicate invoice function for repeat shipments that we send. The reporting functions are much better than our previous accounting program and can be customized for our needs. When we create a report we like, we can save it as a favorite to be used again and available for others to also use.
Inconvénients: Titles at the top of the page do not freeze. When you scroll to the bottom of the page the titles disappear.
Excellent Software. Easy to customize to our needs.

Avantages: Ease of customization to fit our needs. Easy to access across multiple devises and from anywhere.
Inconvénients: Adapting to high growth rate of development and version release. Community versions develops with different features from enterprise versions.
Very comfortable, taken things at my pace and at the same time making deadlines

Avantages: It has streamlined our entire process instead of using several different softwares or systems for each.
Inconvénients: Haven't actually picked something yet. Since it is open source we can really just about create solutions whenever needed
