The fax feature also did not work for more than two years. > > I've been with eTollFree for over 4 years and I give them one single star for pricing. After they updated their TOS which I disagreed to, they refused to refund my money. You must pre-load your account, and naturally you would load plenty at once for convenience and to limit service charges. However, eTollFree will refuse to refund your money if you loaded it more than 90 days ago. They robbed me.
