> **Avantages**: Before I used Pleo, expenses were a real pain and took a lot of time. I love how easy it is to set up users on Pleo, to give them limits, and for them to start using it. The virtual cards make it really quick to set people up, and the visibility of spending is great. It also gives nudges to people to add their receipts, which saves time.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Pleo has a great feature for "fetching" receipts from your email inbox but this doesn't always work brilliantly so I still have to go and find the receipt manually. It'd be great if this was more reliable.
> 
> Overall Pleo has changed the way we do expenses and made it much simpler and faster to empower people with company spending.

> Pleo is a good software however it was not sufficient for our needs as a company and we eventually outgrew it.

> **Inconvénients**: The customer service was very slow to respond when we had issues with card transactions. Dealing with multiple account managers, no single point of management of the account.&#10;&#10;Costs increased significantly annually.

> Overall very happy. Cashback worked well to cover the monthly costs of the system. Physical cards were dispatched quickly and reliably. Overall the acceptance of the cards was high in UK, EU, Africa and USA.&#10;&#10;Senior management liked the visibility of Expenses accross departments.
