> **Avantages**: We have a custom back end system that requires very specific parameters with any integrations we want to connect it with, and VL Omni was the only partner we were able to find that could build out what we needed. They guided us through the process the entire way and have always been very open about our options, costs involved, and making recommendations based around our needs.

> **Inconvénients**: Nothing\! They are a great team to work with.
> 
> We've worked with the VL Omni team since 2018, and in that time have seen the team grow, new technologies and project management tools implemented, and yet our core team has remained the same. They are extremely reliable partners and we are glad to trust them with our business.

> **Avantages**: VL Omni has helped me save multiple hours per day by setting up automation to our Amazon store and helps to funnel orders into our system instead of having to hand type each order that comes through.

> **Inconvénients**: We get a large amount of duplicates that we have to sift through to make sure that orders are not getting double shipped. We then have to take all the duplicates and delete them out of our system which is a time waste.

> We have been overall happy with the performance of VL Omni

> **Avantages**: VL OMNI could handle a high frequency of order purchases in near realtime between Shopify's APIs and our Epicor ERP system for a reasonable price.  The set-up was easy and the tech support team at VL OMNI were expert in getting the project up and running in a timely fashion.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: There were a few bugs in the beginning, but the VL OMNI team was quick to investigate and solve on the fly.  Perhaps the testing could have been more robust before full deployment, but the few orders that were affected were quickly identified and the orders were correctly processed.  Furthermore the bugs were fixed and now things are running smoothly.
> 
> Excellent.  We had a critical deployment to Shopify that needed to integrate into our old ERP system that there were few solutions for.  VL OMNI had the expertise to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

> **Avantages**: Overall from the beginning of the project to the launch phase VL Omni team was really effective and supportive and made sure everything goes as expected and we were not just creating this integration we were also migrating to the other platform which was an additional piece to the integration and overall integration came along very well.

> **Inconvénients**: VL Omni Shopify App needs more enhancements to provide more data to analyse the performance.
