> **Avantages**: Acenda does it all, lists products for sale on our own domain and across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Overstock. We have been using Acenda for 2 years now and since our initial launch our sales have grown over 500%. The platform design allows us to easily manage orders, update tracking numbers, generate invoices, communicate with customers and add or update product information. The support we receive from the Acenda staff is second to none. We have had a pleasant experience since day one and will definitely recommend Acenda as a top notch e-commerce platform provider.

> **Inconvénients**: Some of our staff would like to have more tutorial videos at our disposal. The tutorial videos are very helpful in aiding us to self start our account. > **Avantages**: Acenda provides out of the box functionality with simple customization/configuration. They are quick to fix bugs (if any appear).  Overall, very happy with their pace of innovation.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish they had video tutorials.  We rely on their help desk documents.  They fine. Still I would love to watch videos.
