> **Avantages**: The per-answered-call pricing model is a huge differentiator. very low per-minute fees means costs are completely predictable across all clients. The AI summaries and transcriptions save a ton of time, and the Google Ads integration pushes conversions back automatically so very easy to use

> **Inconvénients**: HIPAA compliance activation took longer than expected. Was told it would be ready by a certain date and it took an extra week, which delayed onboarding a few clients.

Nimbata's per-call cost significantly reduced our call tracking expenses by 70% in comparison to previous trackers.

The good thing about the Nimbata Team is that they have implemented a lot of the minor/major recommendations that we have given to them which has made our experience even better using the platform.
