Several features are incomplete and while are client facing, do not work such as online applications, BC Proof of Service, Tenant Lease Signing and putting Tenant status to Notice while Month to Month. With the lack of API means that many tasks that should be automated end up being manual and takes up staff time that could better be deployed. On a daily work flow Yardi Breeze does provide fairly robust features and some that are excellent. We have spent many hours on the phone with residents who were having problems setting up their RentCafe' accounts. We have also been frustrated with the people they have on the support chat. Many times, we feel like we know more about the functionality of YardiBreeze than they do.
