It provides all necessary tools required for Email Marketing. It has an easy to use and nice interface with which you can do Email Marketing at your fingertips. To promote our business, we can write impressive newsletters and send them to all of our clients or Business touches. We can easily manage our Contact list and we can add some information about each of our contacts and can easily import/export the contacts to make its use a more easy and fun. We can create templates for real easy as we don't need to write any coding at all. There is also a Photo Editor to make the template creating even easier. There are already lots of templates available. When sending the campaigns, we can use the ready made campaign or just get an idea out of it and modify our compaign accordingly. The automation feature is its best feature, we can set EmailChef to automatically send campaigns, advertisements with templates to our selected contacts. There's also a feature by which our sent mails won't get blocked by Spam Filters so we can assure our that our compaigns will reach the targets. There's a Real Time Chat function from where we can get help from the community if we face any problem or in case we are a new user. So, we can say that the customer support is really great. > > **Inconvénients**: EmailChef is the best and must have Email Marketing Tool but it lacks some features which other Email Marketing Tools offer. Also there's Real Time Report and Analization Tool available which says it gives exact Informations etc but for me, it is incorrect most of the times.
